In powder coating, AAF Warranty Plus is a guarantee of the three key factors: source, quality and application of the coating. By specifying AAF as the applicator you:

2. Enjoy the assurance of the international Qualicoat quality standard, which AAF is accredited for.
   
3. Receive the backing of Dulux, Akzo Nobel (Interpon) and other leading suppliers because AAF is an approved applicator of their high-grade warranty powders

And for anodising, AAF Warranty Plus warrants high-grade coatings as well as a range of anodised finishes for up to 30 years.

Documentation

From initial registration to final delivery, your warranty is registered as soon as specified. Once the type of coating and location is clarified and agreed upon you have written confirmation of your warranty from start to finish.

AAF can guarantee and identify that you receive the colour and quality you nominate.

On-line tracking

Check the progress of your job order in real time by inquiring on-line.

Once the warranty is registered it is given an AAF reference number. As an AAF warranty holder you are then allocated ID and a secure password. This allows you to track your order on-line, anytime, from our sites in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

You can verify the processing of your work until production is complete, and ultimately right through to expiry of the warranty.

DNA Traceability

AAF, in combination with Henkel, ensures the identification of its quality powder coating by embedding exclusive "DNA traceable" elements in all pre-treatment systems.   

DNA Taceability protects customers from inferior colour-matching substitutes and inadequate quality processes, either imported or local.

AAF powder coatings can be chemically identified for the life of your warranty. Specifying AAF coatings is your guarantee of receiving the finish you desire.

Powder manufacturers: warranties

AAF provides a combined warranty which is supported by both the powder manufacturer and AAF in the same document.

In addition to the application warranty, AAF terms and conditions for the powder quality are identical to the warranty of the individual powder manufacturer. The powder manufacturers' warranties, as granted and authorised to AAF, are passed on word for word to you, the customer.
