AAF's DNA TraceabilityPremium powder applicationA coat of paint can cover a lot of sins - especially if you don't know who has applied it. AAF, in combination with the giant Henkel organisation, ensures the quality of its powder coating by adding "DNA traceable" elements in all pre-treatment systems. This gives customers even more peace of mind about the durability of their aluminium - on top of the international Qualicoat compliance system that AAF stands by for quality assurance.
Why you need DNA TraceabilityWith so much aluminium being sourced from different plants in Asia, quality is a major issue for Australian customers. What you see isn't always what you get. How do you know their finishes and coatings are of excellent quality? Can you be absolutely sure the correct pre-treatment procedures have been followed for powder application? |

If coating defects appear in the warranty period you can be exposed to complex and costly rectification issues with an offshore aluminium supplier - or even a local supplier, for that matter.
It's just not worth the risk - especially when AAF offers you the ongoing reliability of DNA Traceability.

How it works |

The DNA trace elements - which are exclusive to AAF / Henkel, are embeded during AAF's application processes. These trace elements are included in conversion coating during pre-treatment of the metal, prior to powder coating.
AAF's "triple" guaranteeBy specifying AAF as the applicator you get a "triple" guarantee of quality - for the source, quality and application of powder coating throughout the warranty period. |
